Dufry completes its delisting from the Brazilian stock market

The travel retail operator announced last Friday it has closed its delisting from the Brazilian stock market by cancelling its registration as an "A" publicly traded company.

The Brazilian Securities Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários - CVM) approved today Dufry’s deregistration as foreign issuer, the last step required for the completion of Dufry’s delisting from the Brazilian stock market,” said the company in a release.
