2013 was the most important in terms of investment in infrastructure since we created Grupo Boticário in 2010. It was the year to consolidate the new business units, which are very recent movements; to make strategic and major adjustments; and to prepare our structure for a beautiful future. We have already started to see the positive results from these initiatives”, says the president of Grupo Boticário, Artur Grynbaum.
