Tacit, a new fragrance by Aesop

Tacit, Aesop’s latest fragrance to be launched in Brazil, was formulated in collaboration with perfumer Celine Barel (IFF). The new fragrance was born from two main streams of inspiration: the fresh notes of traditional colognes and the fragile and delicate vegetation, culture and topography of the Mediterranean coast.

The formula features refined ingredients from all over the world. The name makes reference to something implicitly understood while note clearly stated. It refers to something mysterious, almost indefinable, easier to experience than to explain.

Tacit is visually expressed in a video signed by the designer and Australian artist Jonathan McCabe, who converts information into algorithms propelling coloured patterns. The soundtrack was created by musician and American composer Jesse Paris Smith.

Tacit is available in all Aesop stores and on the brand’s online store: www.aesop.com
