NYX Professional Makeup aims to double its points of sales in Brazil

NYX Professional Makeup opened its first store in São Paulo, the third in Brazil. With this new outlet, which opened on December 14 at the Pátio Paulista mall, NYX is making its first foray into Brazil’s main makeup market and achieves its 2017 goal to open three concept stores for its relaunch in the country.

"We are very confident not only about the potential of São Paulo, but also of the brand in the city, there’s a lot of consumption potential here and the city houses many makeup schools. We believe it will be one of the most relevant openings," said Rafael Durante, Marketing Manager. For this launch, the brand invested in mass communication on social media and partnered with major makeup influencers.

In keeping with its strategy to offer affordable and differentiated in-store experiences, NYX Professional Makeup has arrived to São Paulo with a portfolio of more than 1,500 products extracted from the international portfolio, mixing classic, seasonal, trendy and exclusive releases.

"In 2018, we intend to continue investing in this approach with consumers in our three stores, which have been showing high potential for results. In addition, next year we want to double the number of points of sales for the brand in Brazil," said Rafael Durante.

In 2017, NYX learned a lot and worked to better adapt its positioning in Brazil during in the coming years. Rafael Durante recalls that the opening of the first store in July was a big success as it became the brand’s largest store in the world in terms of sales results and quantity of products per shopping cart. "We are confident that we will continue to build a brilliant story for NYX Professional Makeup in Brazil!"
