MakeUp in New York moves to Javits Center to continue growing

The latest edition of MakeUp in NewYork was a huge success, announced the organisers. Held at the Center415 on 5th Avenue, in Manhattan, on September 11&12, 2019, the two-day B2B event dedicated to the makeup and skincare supply chain welcomed more than 3800 visitors, with a growth of 12% of international guests.

Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Denmark, Italy, South Korea and the UK recorded the strongest progression.

It was an intense two days of business and networking, full of smiles, handshakes and the exchange of cards. The first-day broke the MakeUp in NewYork record in terms of guests who made the trip to discover innovations, new products and lines,” commented the organisers. “With an increase of participants compared to last year, it was the best show ever,” they added.

As usual, the programme of conferences also met a huge success, with nearly 1340 cumulated participants at the 13 sessions.

In order to continue growing, the show is moving to a new venue next year. In 2020, MakeUp in NewYork will take place at Javits Center’s River Pavillon, on 16&17 September.
