L’Oréal’s "Voz da Beleza" now available on YouTube

Created last year by L’Oréal Brasil to answer the consumers’ frequently asked questions, the website was recently added a YouTube version.

Thanks to short videos and interviews, and the participation of experts, the new channel has the same goal than the website: help clarifying the most common customer questions and provide content related to all L’Oréal product categories. The aim of the initiative is to provide details on more complex issues related to the health of skin and hair.

"Our goal is to modernize our consumer care capabilities, as well as to provide a wider and easier access to information. The creation of the YouTube channel and of the videos facilitates the diffusion of beauty content to all consumers,"said Camile Alambert, Director of Customer Service.

To complete this project, L’Oréal’s Customer Service was supported by education experts from the group’s various division. The Professional Products division, for instance, helped in the making of video road maps related to hair treatment and the application of colour shades, while the Active Cosmetics Division shared its knowledge on skin and sun protection, and also invited dermatologists to participate in the recordings.
