In 2000, with few resources, Ana Márcia Teixeira began a small production of haircare products in small premises with and few people to help her. After a few years, the products began to meet success in hairdressing salons.

"Haskell is a dream come true through hard work and effort. We make our products with lots of love", says Ana Márcia. "I then started selling in a cosmetics store and having my first distributors. From that moment, I never stopped working, to gain space, to show the Haskell brand", adds the businesswoman.

Today, the company has more than 160 employees, and by 2018, its production plant in Viçosa (MG) will add more than 7,800 square meters thus totalling 22,000 square meters of built area. Haskell boasts strong environmental credential, with actions ranging from effluent treatment, preservation of the Legal Reserve and Permanent Preservation Area, where the plant is located, in the rural area of Viçosa. There are 23 hair treatment lines featuring natural ingredients, and more than 90 products based on Brazilian natural resources such as Mandioca, Jaborandi, banana tree, Quina Rosa, among others.

Through distributors, Haskell is present in all Brazilian states. "We want to go beyond borders. Thus we’ll start selling in other countries, starting with Portugal ", concludes the president.
