The brand already has a range of colour cosmetics, which first launched in 2010, and is hoping to build on the success of those products. One of the steps has been the standalone Burberry Beauty Box stores, the first of which opened in London last December (with more to open in Asia in 2015). Next up is a push into skincare.

Burberry will be teaming up with an existing expert in the skincare field: "We are talking to a range of possible partners about a range of possible relationships," John Smith, chief operating officer explained to WWD.
