Brazilian women adopt XXL size false eyelashes

Right on time for the carnival period, Pinterest has unveiled what are the most popular make-up trends among Brazilian women during this major national holiday. This year, Brazilian Pinterest users seem more than ever interested by their eyes, and especially on eyelashes that are getting bigger and more and more coloured.

According to Pinterest, XXL sized false eyelashes are making a comeback (+ 310% of registrations in Brazil). A trend that should prevail in the coming months, since it is also part of the Pinterest 100 ranking. However, be careful not to take the easy and to make it sober. False eyelashes must be adorned with vibrant colours, including neon colours, with multiple shades, and dressed with feathers and glitters.

As far as the bleached brows trend is concerned, eyelashes also get coloured with various shades to celebrate the carnival (+90% of recordings in Brazil). This essentially results in neon-blue eyelashes, green eyelashes, golden eyelashes, and the addition of glitters.
