Brazil’s Natura Cosméticos announces new CEO

Brazilian maker of beauty products, Natura Cosméticos has appointed Joao Paulo Brotto Gonçalves Ferreira as chief executive officer.

Mr Brotto Gonçalves Ferreira succeeds Roberto Oliveira de Lima who resigned. “During his tenure as CEO of the Company, Roberto formed a solid Executive Committee and delivered important projects that included the digitalization of the business, the entrance into new channels and the repositioning of the Natura brand,” said the company’s Board of Directors in a release.

Joao Paulo Brotto Gonçalves Ferreira joined the company seven years ago and is currently the Commercial Vice President having been responsible for several functions including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, International Operations and Sustainability.
