Winners of the ABIHPEC-Beleza Brasil 2014 awards announced

The 16 winners of the ABIHPEC-Beauty Brazil 2014 awards (Prêmio ABIHPEC-Beleza Brasil 2014) were revealed on November 3 in São Paulo. On this occasion, the Boticário group was elected Company of the Year.

Under the leadership of João Carlos Basilio, president of the Brazilian Association of the Toiletries, Perfumes & Cosmetics Industries (ABIHPEC), the winners were selected in three categories: Companies, Products and The Perfumer.

This year’s edition of the awards also featured a new “entrepreneurship” category in order, according to João Carlos Basilio, to give more opportunity for small and medium-sized companies excelling in the industry. "The award aims to strengthen the Brazilian industry, and encourage adoption of practices that promote the health, wellness and quality of life of the consumer," said the ABIHPEC president during the opening speech.
