After having lead the Life Sciences business for Latin America at Dow Corning since 2008, Paulo joined Croda regionally to lead the Marketing and Sales teams for Personal Care with a focus on the Brazilian market for the Croda, Sederma, Crodarom and Inventive brands.

Paulo holds a bachelor’s and a chemistry degree from the Mackenzie University, and a post-graduate degree in marketing from ESPM, an MBA from INSPER and a specialization in Strategic Marketing from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
