Natura changes organisation to have more agility

Natura is changing its corporate structure, in order to accelerate the implementation of its business strategy.

In Brazil, the company will have distinct business units for each sales channel, with the objective of focusing on direct selling while allowing the other channels to have more autonomy and agility.

Mr. Erasmo Toledo will be the head of Direct Selling in Brazil, in charge of the revitalization of Natura’s main business model. Mr. Toledo has been, for nearly 6 years, the head of our solid growth in Latin America. With Natura since 1990, Mr. Toledo has been the Vice-President of International Businesses and Director of Commercial Innovation, despite being the General Manager for Peru and Argentina.

Mr. Agenor Leão has become the leader of Digital Businesses, which encompasses our Digital Consultants and Rede Natura (our digital sales platform), while continuing as the head of our Digital Technology area. Mr. Leão’s challenge to digitalize all business processes within the organization remains, with emphasis on products and services for consultants and consumers.

Mrs. Caroline Vlerick is Natura’s new Retail Director whose challenges include the expansion of our owned stores, distribution to drugstores and B2B. Mrs. Vlerick has 20 years of experience in retail and strategic consulting, has been the CEO of the specialized retailing Sparta in Chile and of Cortefiel in Spain.
