Bioplan and Arcade complete merger

Bioplan and Arcade Marketing, two global providers of sampling solutions for the fragrance, cosmetics and healthcare markets, have announced the closing of their transactions to merge their businesses. Oaktree, the owner of the Ileos group, Bioplan’s parent company, retains a 75% ownership interest and Visant Corporation, owner of Arcade, retains a 25% ownership interest in the new entity.
